  • We currently ONLY ship within Australia & NZ

  • For NZ Shipping a Quote will be calculated & invoiced separately. please contact coastalrush1770@gmail.com for shipping calculation prior to finalising your order.

  • All prices are displayed in AUD

  • We charge a flat rate of $15.95 Australia wide via Australia Post for ordinary size parcels.
    • Excludes all Larger Size Items (marked in description) any custom orders & Furniture, Rugs etc
    • Applies within Australia Only

  • FREE SHIPPING is offered on Orders over $150** (not applicable to larger size items)

  • All items are sent with Tracking or via Registered Post & a tracking number will be forwarded 
LARGE ITEMS

Shipping for Items marked in description with LARGE SIZE ITEM will be calculated & invoiced separately - for shipping quote prior please email us

As our Store is only opened Thursday - Saturday please allow up to 7 Business days for your order to be processed  (not including shipping time) 

Delivery windows vary depending on the area it's being delivered to. Estimated time frames are listed below:

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items leaving our store are inspected and packed appropriately.

In the unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. 

No responsibility is taken for lost/damaged items caused by Australia Post 

RETURNS

Please note for change of mind on orders shipped, we offer Exchange or Store Credit only
We do not offer Refunds for change of mind

We only accept exchanges if you contact us within 48 Hours of your order being delivered.

Please contact us as soon as possible within this timeframe

If 48 hours has gone by since your item(s) have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs with Tracking Number

Only regular priced item(s) may be exchanged

Sale items are final & cannot be exchanged 

We will only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged.
